We just reopened our warehouse after 6 weeks of closure due to Covid-19. Due to a considerable backlog of orders and Colorado's state guideline of having only 50% of staff on-site at any one time, there are delays with order processing.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are calculated from when the order is dispatched.

All orders are tracked. Please note tracking details are not sent immediately after shipping. You will receive them within 24 hours of shipping.
Orders are shipped in discreet bubble mailers or boxes with no logos or direct mention of the nature of the products inside. All packing slips are generic.
Most of our toys are covered under a manufacturers warranty for 12+ months.
If your faulty toy is not covered, no problem! You can return it to us within 12 months and we'll replace it with an identical product.
If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
