Please choose carefully as due to health & hygiene reasons, all products are non returnable, unless defective on arrival. This is for the safety and well being of our customers and our staff.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty when it arrives, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it with an identical product. 

Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points here.

If your toy is still not working, please contact us at support@lilyandhim.com to arrange a return. All returns must be authorized. 

1+ Year Warranty

If your product stops working after 30 days of purchase, you can make a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer/brand.  Most brands will have warranty instructions on their website. Feel free to send us a message and we will provide you with instructions.

Most toys are covered under a manufacturers warranty for at least 12 months. If your toy is not covered, no problem, we will cover the warranty. You can return it to us within 12 months and we will replace it with an identical product. 

Delivery Failure

If your order is returned to us because of incorrect/insufficient address or for failure to collect from postal facility, we will refund your order minus the delivery and return fees incurred by us.
