Please choose carefully as due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a return, exchange or refund on used or 'change of mind' sex toys. 

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty when it arrives, you can return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. 

Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points here.

If your toy is still not working, please contact us at support@lilyandhim.com to arrange a replacement.

1+ Year Warranty

Most toys are covered under a manufacturers warranty for at least 12 months. If your toy is not covered, no problem! You can return it to us within 12 months and we will replace it with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. 

Delivery Failure

If your order is returned to us because of incorrect/insufficient address or for failure to collect from postal facility, we will refund your order minus the delivery fee.
